About The Position

This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and maintaining the appearance of produce products. Responsibilities include preparing produce by washing, trimming, and wrapping, ensuring quality standards are met, and adhering to company safety and sanitation procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by store management. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock, rotate and straighten product
• Water and ice down various products
• Wash trim, and wrap product
• Remove any product not meeting company quality standards
• Read and understand department signs
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
