The Produce Clerk is responsible for performing essential duties with accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires excellent customer relations, promoting high morale through honest and open communication, and strict compliance with company policies. The clerk must be knowledgeable in produce costing, production fundamentals (slicing, peeling, stacking, organizing, washing, finishing), department security, and competitive activity awareness.
