About The Position

A Part-Time (PT) Produce Associate at The GIANT Company is responsible for checking inventory, stocking and restocking shelves, maintaining attractive displays, and keeping the produce area clean and safe.

Requirements

• Must be available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Check daily inventory, select items, and stock or restock the produce sales floor.
• Remove out-of-date, damaged, or spoiled items to ensure freshness.
• Move loaded pallets into coolers and manage backroom product organization.
• Set up and maintain clean, appealing produce displays.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, display cases, tools, equipment, counters, and floors.
• Review work schedules, check necessary supplies, and follow all food safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines at the start of each shift.
