About The Position

The Facilitator PFS supports the Giant Direct service by accurately selecting and fulfilling online orders, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies on safety, food safety, and sanitation. Ahold Delhaize USA is the parent company for Ahold Delhaize's U.S. companies, including local brands like Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford, and Stop & Shop. Together, these brands form the largest grocery retail group on the East Coast and the fourth largest nationally, operating over 2,000 stores and distribution centers across more than 20 states. The Ahold Delhaize USA company team consists of just over 100 associates across all East Coast office locations.

Requirements

• Accurately select GIANT Direct orders from the store, matching items to customer online shopping lists
• Greet customers promptly and courteously, assist with substitutions, and provide clear instructions for pickup at designated spots or drive-through
• Differentiate between similar produce types (e.g., apples, lettuces) and follow proper packaging and labeling procedures
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation standards; dress and present professionally
• Work as part of a team, assist in special projects, and perform other duties as assigned

• Oversee Giant Direct operations, manage scheduling, coordinate service delivery, and implement strategies to improve efficiency
