This position reports to: Production Supervisor Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital role in the production, installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment used in various manufacturing and automation processes. Each day, you will ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of equipment and systems. You will also showcase your expertise by conducting specialized work assignments as part of the production processes. The work model for the role is: Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: The primary function for this position is running high-performing equipment, including CNC machines and Winders. This requires a high skill-level and will require training. Executing the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance. Performing regular quality testing of the equipment, if needed, as part of a defined production process and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any. Ensuring the availability of required materials to execute the assigned work according to the defined workflow. Taking responsibility for the proper operation and daily maintenance of equipment in use and addressing any malfunctions to maintain production schedules.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have one year of work experience or one year of experience plus training.
Reasonable computer skills are required.

Nice To Haves

One year of Industrial experience is preferred
Experience in a motor manufacturing facility is preferred.
You are at ease communicating in English

Responsibilities
