About The Position

This role focuses on validating and ensuring the quality of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics processes, architectures, and integrations within a global program. The individual will provide functional leadership, identify risks and opportunities, and drive operational readiness and standardization. The position requires extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Manufacturing, as well as deep knowledge of various supply chain functions like warehousing, inventory, and logistics. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders, presenting findings to leadership, and ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and transformation objectives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Java
15–20 years of SAP Supply Chain experience
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory, distribution processes
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing
Experience with SAP Warehouse Management, SAP EWM
Knowledge of Logistics Execution and Inventory Management
Experience in warehouse design, inbound, outbound, picking, packing, staging, loading, returns
Experience in inventory optimization, replenishment, stock accuracy, cycle count
Expertise in manufacturing planning, shop floor execution, material staging, goods movement
Experience with logistics, transportation, delivery, distribution processes
Knowledge of route sales and field service integrations
Experience integrating SAP, non-SAP, third-party, customer-owned applications
Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, EDI, XML, JSON, CSV, SOAP, REST, SFTP
Experience in Fit-to-Standard validation, gap analysis, readiness assessments
Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities
Experience working with global supply chain programs and integration teams
SAP Certified Associate, SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing or SAP S/4HANA Asset and Supply Chain Management (mandatory)

Responsibilities

Validate warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics process designs
Review SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and Supply Chain architectures
Assess manufacturing, logistics, route sales, and field service integrations
Validate integrations across SAP, non-SAP, customer-owned, and third-party applications
Review APIs, IDocs, EDI, XML, JSON, CSV, SOAP, REST, and SFTP interfaces
Identify process gaps, integration risks, operational dependencies, and improvement opportunities
Define remediation plans and architecture recommendations
Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and transformation objectives
Support SIT and UAT readiness across Supply Chain and Logistics scenarios
Validate critical business process and integration test coverage
Coordinate with business owners, architects, vendors, and technical teams
Present findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership and governance teams
Drive operational readiness, standardization, compliance, and process governance
Provide functional leadership for warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, distribution, and logistics initiatives
Support global SAP transformation programs and supply chain modernization efforts
