About The Position

This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of sourcing initiatives and procurement programs across various categories. The Senior Manager will manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for sourcing delivery to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction. A key responsibility is to lead and manage a team of sourcing professionals, focusing on their productivity and the quality of their delivery. The role also requires monitoring program performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing regular updates to internal leadership and client stakeholders. Collaboration with sourcing directors is essential for the seamless execution of sourcing projects. The position entails managing the entire sourcing cycle, from understanding business needs and conducting vendor research to identifying potential participants and finalizing contracts. Market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and gather market intelligence are also crucial. Furthermore, the role includes leading supplier selection and qualification processes, which involves issuing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), as well as conducting supplier evaluations and negotiations.
