About The Position

Crusoe is seeking a high-energy Procurement Specialist to own the material lifecycle for our global infrastructure projects. Based at our Arvada, CO facility, you will act as the commercial engine behind our project deployments—ensuring that every fastener, cable tray, and component is sourced, negotiated, and delivered on time. You won’t just be "buying parts"; you will be managing a complex industrial supply chain that bridges the gap between engineering blueprints and manufacturing fully executed product lines.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of dedicated procurement or supply chain experience, ideally in an industrial, energy, or infrastructure environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Proven ability to manage complex RFPs, evaluate bid leveling, and navigate ERP systems.
  • A proactive problem-solver who embodies our company values and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit and evaluate bids for technical and commercial compliance.
  • Lead negotiations for purchase agreements and manage the selection of critical suppliers.
  • Build and cultivate long-term partner relationships, including the execution and governance of Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NMDA’s) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Own the tracking of delivery statuses, arrange transportation, and coordinate off-loading for site-critical materials.
  • Actively monitor market trends and material innovations to identify new sources of supply and mitigate price volatility.
  • Oversee inventory management and fleet coordination, ensuring 100% material availability for our field teams while optimizing warehouse efficiency.
  • Provide critical supply chain and logistics support to ensure project timelines remain on track, assisting with administrative and field coordination as needed.
