About The Position

Powered by MRP is a fast-growing marketplace specializing in new and pre-owned aesthetic medical equipment. We work with clinics, manufacturers, banks, and asset managers nationwide to source and deliver high-value capital equipment. We operate in a high-performance, deal-driven environment focused on speed, accuracy, and execution. This is a high-activity, outbound-driven role with full ownership of deals from first contact through execution (agreement → inspection → delivery). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys both negotiation and operational execution.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in B2B sales, procurement, or high-volume outbound roles
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and accountable
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
  • 40–50 outbound calls per day
  • Add and engage 10+ new contacts daily
  • Consistent follow-up on active deals and pipeline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with capital equipment or medical devices
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Background in aesthetics or healthcare sales

Responsibilities

  • Clear existing backorders (top priority)
  • Source high-demand inventory
  • Build a consistent pipeline of sellers and industry contacts
  • Source equipment through manufacturer reps, clinics, medspas, physicians, banks, asset managers, repossession channels, social platforms and industry marketplaces
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, social)
  • Negotiate purchase pricing and submit internal deal approvals
  • Manage deals from sourcing through signed agreement, inspection coordination, and final delivery to MRP
  • Attend and verify equipment inspections (remote or virtual)
  • Maintain clear communication with sellers to move deals forward quickly
  • Track all activity in CRM and internal systems (Salesforce, LaserMatch, Jira)
  • Accurate CRM documentation and reporting
