Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations or Supply Chain
  • 2–4 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Mastery of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, supply chain logistics, and current market conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and impeccable problem-solving and rapport-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard competitive suppliers, build long-term partnerships through regular performance reviews, and diversify the supply chain to minimize risk.
  • Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and SLAs, while managing the contract lifecycle (MSAs) and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Administer the purchase order process using three-way matching for financial reconciliation, track shipments to provide real-time ETAs, and handle disputes or returns (RMAs).
