Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations or Supply Chain
2–4 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Mastery of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of the industry, supply chain logistics, and current market conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and impeccable problem-solving and rapport-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Identify and onboard competitive suppliers, build long-term partnerships through regular performance reviews, and diversify the supply chain to minimize risk.
Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and SLAs, while managing the contract lifecycle (MSAs) and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Administer the purchase order process using three-way matching for financial reconciliation, track shipments to provide real-time ETAs, and handle disputes or returns (RMAs).
