About The Position

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement for capital construction, equipment, and engineering services. This role partners closely with internal teams and suppliers to drive cost savings, ensure compliance, and deliver value across procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing (1+ with advanced degree)
• Experience with supplier management, negotiations, and contract support
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in capital projects, engineering services, or construction procurement
• Familiarity with supplier performance management and SLA tracking
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of procurement tools and eSourcing platforms

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and contracting activities, including RFx execution and negotiations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide guidance
• Identify and manage suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are met
• Monitor supplier performance and support issue resolution and improvements
• Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain procurement documentation (contracts, POs, reports)
• Support contract management, supplier escalations, and payment issue resolution
