Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain practices
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related discipline preferred
Typically requires 4–6 years of procurement or supply chain experience
Works under minimal supervision and may supervise or mentor junior staff
Strategic sourcing and procurement management
Supplier negotiations and contract management
Supplier performance and relationship management
Cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives
Procurement compliance and risk management
Cross-functional sourcing and operational coordination
Data analysis and procurement reporting
Technical leadership and mentoring
Proficient Computer Skills – Microsoft Office and procurement systems
Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Leads supplier management, sourcing strategy, and procurement activities for complex commodities, operational categories, or strategic suppliers.
Negotiates complex agreements, manages supplier performance initiatives, and identifies opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiency, and supply chain improvement.
Serves as a procurement subject matter expert and supports cross-functional sourcing and operational initiatives.
Supports the company’s operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization’s business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
