About The Position

Drive the execution of OS&E category strategies for Luxury & Lifestyle brands, ensuring alignment to brand standards, procurement frameworks, and business priorities. This role bridges category strategy and operational execution, supporting supplier programs, sourcing initiatives, and hotel-facing implementation to deliver cost-effective, compliant, and scalable OS&E solutions across operating hotels and new openings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years procurement experience, ideally within hospitality OS&E or similar categories
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, supplier management, or category execution
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Strong understanding of OS&E categories and brand standards
  • Procurement fundamentals: sourcing, negotiation, contract basics
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical capability with ability to translate data into insights
  • Project and time management across multiple priorities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute OS&E category strategies across key sub-categories (e.g., amenities, linen, terry, fill, uniforms)
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of category plans through data, supplier insights, and stakeholder feedback
  • Lead sourcing activities including RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations in alignment with category strategies
  • Support contract implementation and supplier onboarding
  • Manage supplier performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Build strong supplier partnerships to support innovation, quality, and service delivery
  • Partner with Brand, Operations, Design, and Procurement teams to support OS&E program adoption
  • Act as a key point of contact for hotel stakeholders on category-related inquiries
  • Support new hotel openings and transitions by aligning category strategy with project needs
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities
  • Support dashboards, reporting, and executive summaries for leadership
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform category strategy evolution
  • Support execution of category initiatives, supplier rollouts, and regional procurement projects
  • Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and proactively address risks
  • Manage multiple priorities across projects and operational support
