Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, economics, operations or similar degree.
2+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and willingness to develop proficiency in D365, PowerBI and MRP systems.
Outstanding attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in procurement activities.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in effectively managing vendor relations and securing good terms.
Teamwork skills to work seamlessly with diverse teams and influence key collaborators.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of our long-term sourcing strategy with Component and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) suppliers.
Monitor developments and identify trends within the supply base to ensure Impinj is prepared to react appropriately.
Investigate and resolve problems associated with invoices and purchase orders working with accounting, vendors, and receiving departments as needed.
Issue timely purchase orders in response to product requirements and expedite deliveries when necessary.
Maintain regular contact with internal and external partners and cross-functional teams to recognize market and demand developments and contribute effectively to key decisions and processes.
Provide data, analytics, and supplier spend metrics for decision support in all stages of the company's Procure to Pay process.
Drive supply base rationalization in partnership with engineering teams.
