Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
  • Proven negotiation skills with demonstrated value or cost‑saving outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including data analysis capabilities
  • Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Oracle ERP, or similar
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Procure direct materials, components, and manufacturing services to support production plans and MRP signals
  • Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, contracts, and purchase orders in accordance with production schedules and BOMs
  • Partner with production planning, engineering, and quality teams to resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues
  • Manage supplier performance related to on‑time delivery (OTD), quality, and responsiveness
  • Analyze purchasing, inventory, and price variance data to identify cost, risk, and efficiency opportunities
  • Support inventory optimization, safety stock management, and lead time reduction initiatives
  • Participate in supplier development and dual‑sourcing strategies to reduce manufacturing risk
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, ethical standards, and external regulatory requirements
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
