About The Position

This role serves as the bridge between centralized Procurement and building leadership, owning the site’s indirect procurement operation responsibilities. This includes vendor management of 3rd party service providers, purchase order management, and inventory management. The specialist will lead supplier management KPI and metrics reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand deviations and areas for improvement. This position provides procurement leadership and aligns with the building leadership team to drive efficiencies and improvements at the site(s).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
One year of experience in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
One year of experience with supply chain operations.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% may be required.
