About The Position

Founded in 1980, OGARAJETS provides a high-level, personalized experience to aircraft buyers and sellers globally, built on precision, discretion, and uncompromising service. They cater to an elite clientele including high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 executives, and aviation professionals, ensuring every transaction meets exacting standards. OGARAJETS is establishing a dedicated procurement function to identify, acquire, and reposition aircraft for resale. This role is central to a significant revenue stream and is designed for a highly motivated deal-maker who excels at sourcing opportunities, structuring transactions, and executing rapidly. It is distinct from a traditional sales role, with success driven by market insight, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to identify unique value.

Requirements

  • Strong transactional or deal-making background
  • Thrive in performance-driven, commission-oriented environments
  • Possess a “hunter” mentality and act with urgency
  • Highly analytical and comfortable evaluating risk and opportunity
  • Prefer deal execution over relationship-heavy sales cycles
  • 3+ years of experience in transactional sales, acquisitions, or deal-driven roles
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aviation or aircraft transactions
  • Background in high-end real estate, brokerage, or asset-based sales
  • Exposure to high-value transactions ($1M+)
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools or valuation frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Identify off-market and on-market aircraft acquisition opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of actionable deals
  • Leverage internal research and market data to uncover opportunities
  • Analyze aircraft value, maintenance requirements, and resale potential
  • Partner with technical and research teams to validate deal assumptions
  • Assess risk, pricing strategy, and margin potential
  • Negotiate purchase terms and structure deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle
  • Support positioning and resale strategy to maximize return
  • Maintain visibility into deal flow, timelines, and conversion
  • Continuously prioritize high-impact opportunities
