Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields.
  • Business processes knowledge.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of project management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Polish.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience from leading projects in international organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the cross-functional Project Teams to deliver projects on time according to scope and within budget.
  • Oversee the planning, execution of Procurement projects and Programs from pre-study to implementation.
  • Ensure continuous and efficient project communication and stakeholder management.
  • Monitor project/program performance and provide regular status updates to Management and Project Office.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Actively participate in development and implementation of project management methodology, standards, tools and processes.
  • Guide and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Develop and manage project and program budgets ensuring financial control.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.
