Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields.
Business processes knowledge.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead.
Strong knowledge of project management.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in Polish.
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Nice To Haves

PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Experience from leading projects in international organization.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead the cross-functional Project Teams to deliver projects on time according to scope and within budget.
Oversee the planning, execution of Procurement projects and Programs from pre-study to implementation.
Ensure continuous and efficient project communication and stakeholder management.
Monitor project/program performance and provide regular status updates to Management and Project Office.
Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Actively participate in development and implementation of project management methodology, standards, tools and processes.
Guide and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Develop and manage project and program budgets ensuring financial control.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.
