We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Program Procurement Manager to join its team. As Program Procurement Manager, you will act as the strategic integrator between Application Engineering, responsible for building submittal proposals for the Sales Organization, Finance, ensuring unit cost accuracy, margin control, and Cost changes impact following change orders and the Procurement team, negotiating and structuring all component pricing structures. You will ensure that pricing structures are clearly understood, up to date, and accurately reflected in proposals and cost models. Your role is critical to maintaining cost predictability, pricing stability, and competitive positioning in a dual-country (U.S. and Canada) manufacturing environment with instability in regard of tariffs and index fluctuation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, program management, or cost engineering—preferably in HVAC, AHU, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of AHU components, BOM structures, and cost drivers is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and cost modeling tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, especially for Canada-based operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, Application Engineering, and Finance for all program-related sourcing and pricing matters.
  • Translate negotiated component pricing into accurate unit cost models used in submittals and financial planning.
  • Maintain and continuously update pricing databases, BOM cost structures, and supplier agreements relevant to AHU programs.
  • Support Application Engineers with cost insights and sourcing constraints during proposal development.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to analyze supplier quotes, track market trends, and ensure pricing competitiveness.
  • Partner with Finance to validate cost assumptions, support margin analysis, and ensure alignment with business targets.
  • Drive cost transparency and traceability across the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to supplier strategy discussions, especially for high-impact or custom components.
