The Procurement Manager – Indirect Spend is accountable for the strategic management of Maker’s Pride’s indirect spend portfolio, with direct ownership across three core category pillars: Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO); Facilities Management; and Corporate Services. This role leads the full category management lifecycle — from spend analysis and sourcing strategy through supplier relationship management, contract governance, and performance measurement — across manufacturing sites and corporate offices. The Procurement Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, bringing market expertise, commercial rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset to reduce total cost of ownership, mitigate supply risk, and elevate service levels across indirect categories. This position reports to the Director of Procurement and plays a key leadership role in building procurement maturity and value delivery across the organization. This is a hybrid position. This person must be willing to come into the office 4 days a week (one week each month can be remote).
