The Procurement Manager will lead and develop the BU’s Procurement Program Management team, overseeing both New Product Development (NPD) Program Managers and Sustaining Project Managers supporting the Business Unit’s portfolio. This leader will ensure strong execution capability, effective resource alignment, and consistent delivery of procurement activities that enable strategic growth, supply continuity, and operational performance. Operating within Copeland’s center‑led procurement framework, this role will execute established portfolio governance processes, maintain project visibility, and ensure BU initiatives align with enterprise sourcing strategies and supplier readiness requirements. The manager will work at the intersection of sourcing, engineering, operations, supplier quality, and manufacturing to drive successful new product launches, supplier transitions, cost‑reduction execution, and sustaining priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader and operational driver—capable of managing complex cross‑functional project portfolios, developing BU talent, and ensuring consistent application of procurement program management processes and tools defined by the center‑led organization. This position is critical to ensuring the BU’s product platforms launch on schedule, supplier transitions are executed effectively, and procurement remains a proactive partner in delivering BU business results.
