The Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier pre-qualification, tender management, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and negotiations. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and strategic supply partners to drive business performance, collaboration, and value. The manager will identify and implement strategic cost-reduction and value-creation opportunities to support financial objectives and maximize procurement savings. A key responsibility is to evaluate and continuously improve procurement processes, recommending and implementing initiatives that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and operational performance. The role ensures compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and established purchasing standards. The Procurement Manager will represent Procurement at a regional level, partnering with key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives. This includes leading strategic sourcing initiatives, such as partnering with subject matter experts to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop sourcing strategies; developing and managing RFPs; coordinating supplier communications and competitive bidding; consolidating and analyzing supplier bids; establishing baseline analyses; evaluating supplier responses for optimal value, quality, and service; communicating supplier selections; and monitoring supplier performance. The manager will also represent interests in combined purchasing initiatives to maximize leverage, savings, and overall value, and will lead, develop, and motivate non-exempt team members through hiring, training, and coaching. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports on procurement execution efficiency, bid process adherence, and project budget metrics, and periodically auditing the procurement process to support financial policies and procedures.
