About The Position
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven procurement leader who can strengthen supplier relationships, improve procurement processes, optimize systems, and develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset to the role.
Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading and managing teams
- Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation and stabilization, such as Infor M3 or a similar system
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance management, and procurement best practices
- Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management systems
- Excellent leadership, project management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong financial acumen and business knowledge
