About The Position
Support administration and execution of Procurement's Grants & Loans compliance program through documentation management, reporting, certification tracking, audit support, and process execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, or related field of study with 3 years qualified experience, or two-year associate's degree in the same disciplines with 5 years of qualified experience.
- 3 years of qualified experience as a Project Manager is preferred, OR demonstrated competencies, knowledge and skillset through achieved results in a shorter time line.
- Qualified experience includes work in project management, major construction field experience, project estimating, project controls, project engineering, and/or comparable internal or external experience in a competitive production environment.
- Experience must exhibit progressively increasing project management and business acumen and responsibility for most of the PMI PMBOK knowledge areas.
- Demonstrated preparedness for journey-level PM knowledge capability in areas of construction safety, negotiations, scope development and control, cost estimating, construction contracting, project controls and reporting, quality control, risk management, etc.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer BABA and other supplier certification programs.
- Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready procurement files.
- Track CPA requirements and documentation retention.
- Manage supplier certifications and required procurement records.
- Maintain dashboards, compliance trackers, and reporting tools.
- Monitor compliance milestones and identify documentation gaps.
- Coordinate with sourcing teams, project teams, contract management, legal, and suppliers to secure required documentation.
- Support audits and agency reviews.
- Assist with development of procedures, templates, and training materials.
