Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, or strong internship background in procurement, sourcing, or operations (contract manufacturing exposure is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset, with a strong drive to learn and grow.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to e-sourcing or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in sustainability, innovation, and responsible sourcing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply risk management by identifying vulnerabilities across critical raw materials, including Tier 2 exposure, and conducting regional risk assessments (capacity, geopolitical, logistics).
  • Develop and execute mitigation strategies such as dual sourcing, safety stock, and supplier qualification roadmaps to ensure supply continuity.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements by managing OTIF, leading service recovery plans, and holding suppliers accountable for clear commitments and disruption responses.
  • Support strategic sourcing initiatives including qualification and transition of alternative suppliers, ensuring alignment with engineering and product teams.
  • Build end-to-end supply visibility by mapping Tier 1 and Tier 2 networks, identifying single points of failure, and partnering with global teams on upstream risk insights.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and reporting by coordinating across procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, and R&D, and delivering executive-level updates on supply risk, performance, and resilience metrics.
