The Procurement Director - Global 3rd Party Actives has global accountability for defining and executing sourcing strategies for third-party active ingredients (approx. annual spend $250M) that enable FMC’s portfolio of mixtures, private label offerings, buy/sell products, and technical partnerships. The role partners closely with Business Development, Regional Commercial teams, Global Marketing, and Technical organizations to ensure freedom to operate, competitive cost positions, and supply resilience across the product lifecycle. This position reports to the Chief Procurement Officer and leads a global team. The leader must drive cross-functional decision-making at pace, balancing short-term commercial resets with long-term category strategy.
