About The Position

Service Minds is looking for a Procurement Delivery Driver to join their growing team. This role is a crucial link between procurement centers and branch locations, ensuring that materials, parts, and equipment are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. The driver's efforts help keep technicians equipped, jobs running efficiently, and customers happy.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Service Minds is a drug-free workplace).

Nice To Haves

Experience operating box or straight trucks preferred.
Flexibility for occasional early, late, or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box or straight truck to transport inventory between procurement locations and branches.
Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
Verify delivery contents and maintain accurate records of all transfers.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes—helping to organize inventory, pick materials for fulfillment, and conduct inventory counts.
Communicate effectively with procurement, branch, and field teams to ensure deliveries are accurate and on schedule.
Follow all safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies to maintain a safe, professional work environment.
