Requirements

High school diploma
Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs
Team oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to multiple deadlines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive administrative and commercial support across the procurement team
Coordinate procurement-related queries, documentation, registers and filing system
Work within the Procurement team, liaising with Commodity Managers as needed for commercial support and supplier engagement
Assist in the development of sound relationships with suppliers
Raise purchase order requests
Compile, publish and analyze reports as and when requested
Attend meetings and take minutes as and when required
Maintain and keep up to date data in systems and Excel
Support with the creation of department presentations for wider distribution, when required
