Join a high-impact municipal procurement team supporting critical initiatives across IT, HR, engineering, and professional services. This is a hands-on, mid-level role where you’ll own the full contract lifecycle and step in immediately to support high-volume, fast-moving procurement efforts.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end contract lifecycle: solicitations (RFP/RFQ), bid evaluations, contract awards, modifications, and post-award administration
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage negotiations, redlining, and ensure smooth procurement execution
- Ensure compliance with public-sector procurement policies while multitasking across multiple active contracts and priorities
