Requirements
- Proven experience as a Procurement Buyer or similar role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company standards.
- Evaluate supplier bids, proposals, and contracts to secure the best terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit and analysis purposes.
- Coordinate with finance and inventory teams to manage budgets and stock levels.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and market conditions.
