About The Position
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role is for a Procurement Buyer to support commercial procurement for business needs.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Working knowledge of materials and inventory management, logistics, quality assurance, quality control, maintenance, and operations.
- Experience with SAP Procurement and Ariba.
- Ability to use independent judgment on procurement processes and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance.
Responsibilities
- Track supply chain requirements, conduct sourcing and competitive bidding processes, and negotiate agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to analyze procurement options and to assist in making equipment supply recommendations that best position their pipeline of renewable energy projects.
- Utilize systems and tools required by Procurement activities, including but not limited to systems related to purchasing and contract management, third-party vendor management, and reporting.
