• Identifying and sourcing suppliers
• Request and evaluate bids or quotes
• Tracking deliveries and resolving supply issues
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment
• Coordinating sales needs with operational flow
• Ensuring purchases comply with company policies and budgets
• Confirming quality of receipt of goods
• Participating and contributing to company safety program

Responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing suppliers.
• Request and evaluate bids or quotes based on the demand of the RFQ log.
• Tracking deliveries and resolving supply issues to ensure on time delivery.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment to meet necessary reorder points.
• Coordinating sales needs with operational flow to reduce interruption in production.
• Ensuring purchases comply with company policies and budgets.
• Works with operators to confirm quality of receipt of goods.
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
