About The Position

This role focuses on procurement activities, specifically for capital sourcing and project procurement management. It involves planning, project development, contract administration, and managing supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or a related field. Will accept no degree with applicable experience 10+ years.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Capital Sourcing, Contract Administration, Procurement, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Project Procurement Management experience, including planning and project development.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (e.g., manufacturing, energy, construction, industrial operations).
• Proficiency with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing activities for medium to large capital projects.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management skills.
