About The Position
Procurement Buyer II responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, RFP/RFQ management, contract administration, supplier management, negotiations, and capital project procurement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, capital sourcing, or contract administration experience
- Experience with capital projects, contract management, sourcing, and supplier management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Coupa, or similar experience preferred
- CPSM, PMP, or CSCP certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and procurement strategies
- Manage RFPs, RFQs, bids, supplier selection, and negotiations
- Manage contracts, SOWs, WBS, schedules, costs, risks, and supplier performance
- Apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and procurement best practices
- Support capital projects and project procurement management
- Manage supplier relationships and contractual compliance
