About The Position

Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Business Analyst at RBC? Participate in and supports the operational activities of a business unit. Applies experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution
• Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
• Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
• Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2027, or if graduating in April 2027, require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to graduate successfully.
• Must be located within Ontario for the duration of the work term.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
• Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
• Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.
• Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and support the development of business solutions.
• End-to-end collaborative gathering and documentation of information.
• Experience creating process documents & end-user documentation and training.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of web content, training material, user guides, FAQs, etc.
