This position reports directly to lead Enterprise Procurement attorney. You will be responsible for supporting Mobility Global’s procurement function, including negotiation of complex technology and other vendor agreements, as well as serving as a critical business partner and trusted advisor. You will be business-minded, and a self-motivated attorney with at least 5 years’ of contract related experience, and preferably prior in-house experience. You will be able to use discretion and independent judgement, draft forms, contracts, and playbooks and respond to vendor contractual questions. Assist in providing advice and counsel involving legal, privacy and regulatory issues of varying levels of complexity. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, a broad range of corporate experience, and an eagerness and passion to improve and build out the legal procurement function.
