The Procurement & Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for coordinating procurement and administrative services, including Reception support. This role is responsible for the purchase and inventory of office furniture, supplies and equipment. The coordinator acts as a back-up to the Associate Manager, Procurement and Inventory Control for managing the liquor and wine storage rooms, and associated duties. They place orders for the purchase of beverage stocks, maintaining inventory levels. The role also involves entering CN Tower business records into the Content Manager software (“CM”) and covering Reception when the Bilingual Receptionist is not available.
