Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement & supply chain management, data science or a related field.
- Strong Excel, proficient in PowerPoint and Visio; familiarity with Oracle, Power BI, and Jira.
- Understanding of AI technologies and data strategy; ability to derive insights from complex datasets
- Act as a change agent to promote new ideas, processes, and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous and responsible
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Requirement to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
- Available 35 hours a week from September 8 to December 18, 2026
- Must be actively enrolled in a post-secondary institution during the internship
Responsibilities
- Help maintain and improve third-party risk management tools and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for internal reviews and discussions with key stakeholders.
- Download supplier financial rating documents and analyze trends and fluctuations.
- Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to identify trends and insights.
- Assist with dashboard creation and updates using tools such as Power BI, Jira, and other procurement platforms.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations under guidance.
- Document business requirements and translate stakeholder discussions into actionable plans and tasks.
- Collaborate across departments to gather inputs and support project coordination.
- Contribute to identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI use cases that improve procurement performance and operational efficiency.
- Support the team in defining data strategies that enable AI use cases and the broader AI roadmap.
