About The Position

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) Systems Tools & Integration organization is seeking a Procurement Multi Family Manager - (Level K) to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, Hazelwood, Missouri, Houston, Texas, Huntsville, Alabama, Mesa, Arizona, Seattle, Washington, and Washington, District of Columbia. Position Responsibilities: Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of systems and tools. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Responsible for implementing and integrates business solutions across BDS systems and tools. Manage Supply Chain System Access to include data access security and compliance process.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
  • More than 5 years of Supply Chain Experience
  • Understanding principles and practices of Access Controls, Data Security & Data Governance
  • More than 3 years of experience with Data Analysis & Management
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
  • A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • More than 3 years of experience leading and/or Managing Project’s & Teams
