About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Analyst II to support multiple procurement and supply chain teams across reporting, supplier management, sourcing activities, compliance, and operational analysis. This role will serve as a cross-functional resource, helping maintain visibility into spend, supplier performance, procurement activity, supply and demand trends, and process compliance. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to support a variety of procurement initiatives as business needs evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, operations, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, contract support, or supplier negotiations.
• Experience building dashboards, supplier scorecards, or spend analysis reports.
• Ability to travel for supplier visits or audits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple procurement and supply chain teams with reporting, analysis, supplier data, and operational follow-up.
• Maintain dashboards and reports covering spend, suppliers, sourcing activity, purchase orders, savings, compliance, and supplier performance.
• Assist with RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, onboarding, contract support, and supplier selection processes.
• Track supply, demand, supplier performance, and procurement activity to identify risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across procurement, operations, finance, legal, and business teams.
• Support supplier site visits, audits, and compliance reviews as needed.
• Help standardize procurement processes, reporting templates, documentation, and team workflows.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and recommendations for procurement leadership.
