About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Agent to join our Government Training Team in Hazelwood, MO. Our teams are currently hiring a broad range of experience levels including Experienced & Senior Procurement Agents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with procurement in a defense and/or government environment
- 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
- 3+ years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Strategic Agreements
- Experience with Teaming Agreements
Responsibilities
- Develop procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements.
- Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives.
- Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies.
- Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation process.
- Prepares and executes negotiated documents.
- Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manages contract terminations.
- Develop organization and company improvement plans.
