Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent (Procurement Admin)
About The Position
Boeing Global Services (BGS), is looking for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our team in Seattle, WA. Boeing Global Services (BGS) Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Supplier Management, supports urgent and time-sensitive requirements for airline customers and Boeing Incident Repair teams by executing purchase orders and coordinating with our supply base to meet critical operational needs. AOG Procurement Agents source commodities for both production and legacy aircraft, are aligned by customer, and work closely with AOG execution, account managers, customers, and repair teams to ensure grounded aircraft receive the parts they need as quickly as possible. This second shift role, plays a vital part in maintaining around-the-clock support for our customers and internal teams. It is a fast-paced position that rewards resourcefulness, clear communication, and calm decision-making under pressure. Requirements
- 1+ years of SAP experience
- 1+ years of Supplier Management experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience creating and managing purchase orders, supplier sourcing, negotiation, and managing expedited/urgent shipments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Place, track, and update purchase orders; coordinate order changes and cancellations as required to support AOG timelines.
- Maintain accurate status updates for all AOG cases in the SAP/CRM system and provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
- Provide clear communication to internal teams.
