About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent - Contracts (Level 3) to join our Boeing Aggregated Standards Network (BASN) Aggregation team in the Aircraft Materials & Structures (AM&S) Supply Chain organization in Everett, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. You will lead the negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions, prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements, and interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions. You will consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues and lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Additionally, you will participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identify improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain organization is efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall goals of the organization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
3+ years developing and managing supplier relationships.
3+ years of experience conducting data analysis in Excel, creating executive briefings in PowerPoint and delivering Presentations to Executive leadership teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Domestic and international travel as needed.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
3+ years of experience monitoring and managing supplier performance and cost.
3+ years of experience working cross functionally with other departments, organizations or skills.
3+ years of proven customer service abilities.
3+ years of experience in communicating to broad audience.

Responsibilities

Acts as the sole custodian of the BASN contracts working independently.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements for the BASN Program.
Leads the enforcement of contractual terms.
Consults/advises others on terms of the BASN contract.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
