About The Position

We are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a contract role supporting a hospital system's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Rapid Improvement Effort. This is a hybrid onsite, contract role with a duration of 2-3 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with experience leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process improvement initiatives, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Procure-to-Pay processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma workshops and process improvement activities.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvement recommendations
