We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Procore Administrator to join our enterprise technology leadership team. This isn't just a maintenance role; it is an opportunity to collaborate with fellow administrators in the onboarding of new projects, scaling the platform with new features implementations, driving continuous improvement, promoting standardization, and providing comprehensive user support. You will ensure our Procore platform is optimized to streamline project execution, enhance cross-functional communication, and elevate overall operational efficiency by delivering technical support, tailored training, and strategic guidance to project teams and key stakeholders while maintaining alignment with our enterprise goals and initiatives. This position is remote-eligible for anyone currently residing in TX.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Procore System Administrator, managing enterprise-level configurations and customizations, data and platform health, and user access.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing Procore across the full construction project lifecycle, preferably with a background as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer, or similar delivery role. Practical understating of where available tools work well, where they have limitations, and how to develop processes that account for those limitations.
  • Deep understanding of construction project processes, operational workflows, standard documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to swiftly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system issues.
  • Experience managing enterprise software integrations and executing custom module configurations to align with evolving business workflows.
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating broader enterprise technology landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design administrative training course structures, develop comprehensive user guidance, conduct effective, engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, and mentor users leveraging field and project experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; able to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support global operations, maintaining primary ownership of projects within our Texas operations.
  • Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams on the initial setup and configuration of new projects.
  • Tailor Procore tools and workflows to meet specific project requirements.
  • Assist in integrating Procore with other enterprise software systems as needed.
  • Provide responsive, ongoing technical support to all Procore users, maintaining primary responsibility of our Texas team members.
  • Collaborate in the creation and continuous improvement of training programs and materials.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new users and continuous education training for existing users.
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed user guides and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Assess new Procore releases, recommend implementation strategies, and conduct testing and rollout planning for new capabilities.
  • Maintain enterprise standards across the platform, including naming conventions, permissions, templates, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with fellow administrators, project managers, site supervisors, and stakeholders to identify process improvements and reduce manual effort.
  • Document and define user standards based on evolving business needs, ensuring alignment with Procore’s available features.
  • Create custom reports to track project progress, analyze project data, and generate insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor usage metrics to identify underutilized functionality and drive greater system adoption.
  • Ensure all platform activities comply with company policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation.
  • Enforce data consistency and monitor user compliance with established standards within the platform.
  • Manage and regularly audit user access and permissions to maintain rigorous system security.
  • Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company-level workflows and cross-instance alignment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
