About The Position

Marcon is looking for a Procore Project Coordinator to join our growing Project Management Office (PMO). If you're passionate about technology, enjoy helping people succeed, and want to build your career at the intersection of construction and digital project delivery, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll be the day-to-day administrator for Procore, ensuring our project teams have the tools, training, and support they need to work efficiently and consistently. You'll also contribute to PMO initiatives that strengthen project delivery, improve business processes, and support the adoption of digital technologies across the organization. Working closely with construction, project management, and corporate teams, you'll play an important role in helping Marcon deliver exceptional projects through strong systems, practical support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, systems administration, construction support, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Procore or another construction project management platform.
  • A working understanding of construction projects and the project management lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with office and field teams.
  • Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with others.
  • A genuine interest in learning new technologies and improving how teams work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting business process improvement or technology implementation initiatives.
  • Experience creating user documentation or delivering training.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

  • Configure new Procore projects using established PMO standards and templates.
  • Maintain project configurations, user permissions, directories, and system integrity across active projects.
  • Support project teams, consultants, and trade partners with day-to-day Procore questions and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver practical training and onboarding to help users confidently adopt Procore and PMO best practices.
  • Generate standard reports and support project teams with reporting templates and system guidance.
  • Assist with PMO initiatives, including project coordination, documentation, software testing, implementation activities, and user adoption efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, user experience, and technology adoption while supporting the implementation of approved improvements.
