Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years experience in specimen processing
• Prior data entry experience

Responsibilities

• Register patients, process requisition forms and perform accessioning functions.
• Collect patient specimens through venipuncture and other methods.
• Conduct centrifugation.
• Separate samples into aliquots.
• Label specimens, and distribute them to appropriate laboratory sections for testing.
