About The Position

The Processing Technician Lead is responsible for leading daily processing operations including blending, batching, filtering, transferring, and product preparation in accordance with approved formulas and company specifications. This role ensures production schedules are met, oversees inventory accuracy and bulk material handling, and provides final approvals prior to bottling. The Lead serves as a floor leader—training and guiding Processing Technicians, supporting the Processing Supervisor, and driving safety, quality, and operational efficiency across the processing function.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day processing activities to support bottling schedules
  • Execute and oversee blending, batching, filtering, and transferring processes
  • Review and verify inventory readings; support bulk receiving and material tracking
  • Document blending volumes and coordinate with the laboratory for product approval
  • Provide final product approval prior to bottling
  • Train, coach, and support Processing Technicians on processes and best practices
  • Serve as a point of escalation for processing-related issues on the floor
  • Support the Processing Supervisor with scheduling, troubleshooting, and workflow coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
