Requirements

Proven experience in sterile processing with a strong understanding of sterilization techniques and infection control standards.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Certification in sterile processing (CSPDT or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the sterile processing team to ensure efficient and effective instrument decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution.
Develop, implement, and monitor protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to promote professional growth and maintain high-quality service.
Collaborate with clinical and surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments and equipment.
Manage inventory control and maintenance of sterile processing equipment.
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to sterile processing activities.
