About The Position

This is a hands-on role where you'll help sort donated items that support our mission and prepare quality merchandise for our retail stores. Our processing team works together to take great care of items provided by our donors and provide excellent treasures for our customers. Whether we are hanging the perfect jeans or separating out recyclable materials, we combine our passion for customers and community service.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Able to stand, bend, lift, and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
No experience required—we provide paid, on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Sort donated items and identify great finds
Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
Get those great finds sales floor ready
Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently
Sort clothing, shoes, toys, and household items into designated categories.
Identify sellable, recyclable, and unsellable items while meeting quality standards.
Move bags and boxes to and from workstations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Rotate workstations throughout the day and assist teammates as needed.
Meet daily production goals while working in a fast-paced environment.
